WHO?

Jordan Keeper fell in love with making beer in Texas 15 years ago. Since then, he traveled around Europe, learning how to make unique and tasty beers. He became really good at making funky brews and exploring lambic brewing secrets, designing them for companies like Brussels Beer Project. Now, Jordan wants to share what he's learned with others who love beer. He's excited to teach people about brewing and show them all the cool things he knows. Get ready to learn from him and enjoy some amazing beer!

Ben Brumagne is Belgium’s most famous wild food forager, founder of Forest To Plate and author of ‘het wildplukboek"‘. After numerous travels around the world, learning about plants, he started teaching some 10 years ago and has since opened up a new world of flavors to thousands of people.

Welcome to a year-long adventure that combines the best of two worlds: brewing and wild edible plant foraging! Our “forage & ferment course” is designed for enthusiasts who want to explore the art of making beer using wild edible plants.

Over the course of the year, you will embark on a journey through the seasons, discovering the diverse flavors and aromas that nature has to offer. During this course, you will visit several breweries and forage in different areas.

Join us on this extraordinary journey through the seasons, where you’ll master the art of brewing beer with wild edible plants and connect with nature in a unique way. Whether you’re a seasoned brewer or a complete novice, this course offers an unforgettable experience in the world of wild edible plants and beer making.
